WALK & TALK COUNSELLING
Move your body while your mind catches up.
Walk & Talk sessions combine counselling with gentle movement in outdoor spaces to support reflection, regulation and more natural conversation.
Some people find it easier to talk while moving.
Some feel less pressure outdoors.
Some simply feel more like themselves outside four walls.
Sessions may include:
• Walking and talking
• Nervous system education
• Breathwork and grounding
• Gentle movement
• Reflection activities
• Practical strategies to take home
No fitness required.
No awkward exercises.
Just counselling that feels more human.
OCEAN SESSIONS
There’s something about being near water.
Ocean sessions offer the opportunity to slow down, regulate and reconnect in a calm outdoor environment.

Suitable for clients who feel connected to nature or want a different experience of therapy.
CLINIC + ONLINE COUNSELLING
Sometimes a room feels safest.
Traditional counselling remains available for those who prefer clinic or online / telehealth sessions, with the same warm, evidence-informed and personalised approach. I also offer mini text based catch ups for those who need a little extra support in between scheduled sessions.
